As part of that commitment, it is our goal to prepare your annual business financial packet as accurately, complete with everything required by law, and as timely as possible to ensure the best outcome for your small business during tax season.

December 10th is the first of our year-end deadlines.

This is the final week to supply your 2023 information so that accurate financials can be prepared BEFORE the end of the year.
DECEMBER 10TH FRIENDLY REMINDERS

If applicable, please supply your receipts for all 2023 business deductions.

All business deductions must have receipts in order to meet the requirements of the IRS.

To keep you protected, expenses without supporting documentation (receipts), or Bookkeeping Rules, are coded to a holding account, referred to as Uncategorized.

TIP: Your Supporting Documentation Portal includes your Uncategorized Reports.
Notice: We are receiving an unusually large volume of receipts at this time. Following the December 10th deadline, a full review of 2023 supporting documentation will be completed, and an updated Uncategorized list will be provided to you, if necessary.

Please continue to send your current, and outstanding, receipts.
If applicable, please supply your business account statements for the year.

All business accounts must be reconciled in order to close 2023.

TIP: Your December Month End Checklist includes all statements needed for the 2023 tax year.
All 2023 supporting documentation is due by December 10th.
