NEW: Kirkwood Classes and Xavier Attendance

Kirkwood Academy classes have ended for the semester. Parents are reminded of the Xavier handbook policy that specifies attendance expectations. Thank you in advance to our parents for partnering with us to maintain a system of accountability and a progression towards independence.

Juniors report to Xavier instead of Kirkwood until the end of the school year. Parents are asked not to excuse students for reasons such as sleeping in.
Seniors do need not report to Xavier during their Kirkwood class time.

NEW: XPX Uniform & Spirit Wear Collection

XPX will once again be collecting “graduated” and out-grown GENTLY WORN uniforms. These items will be available in August for purchase at the annual SAINTS SHOP Back-to-School Sale! All proceeds from this sale will directly benefit the XPX programs, which support the students, staff and teachers at Xavier. When you clean out those closets, please bring ANY UNIFORM APPROVED items (polos, sweaters, quarter-zips, pants) to the main office. Gentle used spirit wear will be accepted too. All items must be without stains or tears. Thank you for your support!

Reminder: Last Day to Order 22/23 Yearbooks!

If you are interested in ordering a 2022-2023 Yearbook, follow the link here to order from Jostens Online. Yearbooks cost $70.00 and will be available for purchase until May 15th.

Reminder: Boys Golf Meeting

There will be a Boys Golf information meeting for all incoming freshman and current High School Students and Parents for the 2023-24 season on Thursday, May 18, 2023 at 5:00PM in the Xavier Commons

Reminder: Registration Open for the XBC's Annual Golf Outing

The Xavier Booster Club's 26th Annual Golf Outing will be held on Monday, June 26, 2023 at Elmcrest Country Club.

Reminder: Tuition Balances

Deadlines to pay any remaining tuition balances are:

For seniors: Graduation practice day, Friday, May 19th - Seniors must have the balance paid in full to participate in practice and Graduation.
For all returning students: By the last day of school, Friday, May 26

Please sign into your My BackPack account (also found at xaviersaints.org/parent)
Please use the Forgot User Name/Password on My BackPack website if needed
As a reminder username should be some form of first letter first name and last name ex TDRISH or may have a number on the end of a more common name ex TDRISH1
Under My Accounts click Pay Online

Reminder: End of the Year Lunch Account Information

All Parents: With the school year drawing to a close, lunch accounts for all students need to be monitored closely so that they do not have negative balances.

Parents of Seniors: If your senior has a credit balance and has a sibling here at Xavier, the money will be transferred to the sibling’s account. Otherwise, a refund will be given to the seniors before the senior breakfast on May 19, 2023. If you have automatic payments set up through EZSchoolpay.com into your senior student’s account, you will need to go in and stop the automatic payments. Please do this before the week of May 15, as that is the week accounts will be refunded.
