Summer is just around the corner, and there’s no better way for young equestrians to spend their days than at Old Orchard Farm's Summer Riding Camp! Whether your child or teen is a beginner or an experienced rider, our camp offers a fun, safe, and educational environment where they can develop their riding skills, build confidence, and make lifelong memories.

Old Orchard Farm’s summer riding camp is designed to give new comers a solid foundation and to give returning riders a chance to develop their skills and horsemanship over a full week of intensive all-about-horses programming. Our groups are taught by knowledgeable and enthusiastic councillors, aided by our CITs (counsellors in training), who assist one on one with catching, tacking up and leading in lessons where needed.

Please Read Before You Register ⬇

• Day Camp Registration will open March 1st at 9:00 AM EST. Any registration submitted before that time will be void.

• 2025 Camp weeks: July 7-9, July 14-18, July 28-August 1, August 4-8, August 11-15, August 18-22.

• Each of the 6 weeks will have room for 25 campers.

• Camp tends to fill up quickly (it has been known to sell out in under 24 hours), so register early to avoid disappointment.

• A minimum $100 deposit is mandatory at time of registration and is non-refundable, meaning you will not get your deposit back if you cancel your camp week, so be sure that you have confirmed your camper (and driver) availability before you register.

• If you are paying by credit card, you must fill out the payment form right away or it will time out. We are unable to send you a new payment link if this happens, so please have your payment method ready to go.

• If you are paying by e-transfer, please write which child and which week(s) you are paying for in the notes section. Please send e-transfers to payments@oldorchardfarm.ca as soon as you have completed your registration package.

• Once registration is full, we will post a new link where you can sign up to be placed on our cancellation wait list.

• Please print a copy of your email confirmation and print a copy of your credit card receipt and/or e-transfer receipt to be presented at check in on day 1 of camp as proof of payment. Your payment of the remaining balance will be accepted on day 1 of camp or before, by cheque or e-transfer.
