Texas TEDC Winter Conference

February 16 - 18, Sugar Land, TX

The 2022 Texas Economic Development Council (TEDC) Winter Conference brings together economic development professionals and those interested in economic development from across the state to hear from industry leaders on important economic development topics, to share knowledge and network with peers. The conference features a panel of economic development officials who will discuss how their Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) programs are fostering redevelopment, economic opportunity, natural resource demand reduction, and resiliency.
Texas PACE Authority is a nonprofit organization that advances Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) projects in Texas by administering a uniform commercial and industrial PACE program on behalf of local governments. This model approach ensures local governments can establish an effective TX-PACE program quickly and economically, providing a tool for property owners to invest in more efficient infrastructure.

Texas PACE Authority is committed to expand this vibrant program to every region in Texas, working with all parties – property owners, contractors, lenders, and local governments to bring energy and water improvements that are both economically sound and environmentally friendly. To date, 71 local governments have established TX-PACE programs reaching above 60% of the Texas population.
