Elementary schools across Hunterdon County celebrated International Walk and Roll to School Month in October by walking and bicycling to school. Over 900 students at Barley Sheaf School, Clinton Public School, Delaware Township School, Frenchtown Elementary School, Hampton Borough School, High Bridge Elementary School, High Bridge Middle School, Lambertville Public School, Lebanon Borough School, and Reading Fleming Intermediate School participated in “walking school buses”, designated chaperoned routes to school, or arrived to school by bike... continue reading

Traffic Alerts to Assist with Public Outreach During New Hope- Lambertville Bridge Rehabilitation Project

The Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission is preparing to rehabilitate its 119-year-old New Hope-Lambertville Toll-Supported Bridge.  


The rehabilitation project work activities will temporarily impact motorists, pedestrians, residents, and local businesses.


goHunterdon will assist in mitigating the impacts of the project by including updates to the public via it’s free Traffic Alert Service. Individuals may sign up to receive email alerts specific to the project to stay informed...continue reading

Survey of Hunterdon County LINK Riders Underway

goHunterdon is providing staff assistance to NJ TRANSIT to survey riders of the Hunterdon County LINK Transportation Service on Route 15, Route 16, and Route 21. The three routes are funded in part by the Federal Transit Administration’s “Job Access Reverse Commute” (JARC) program which was established to address the unique transportation challenges faced by welfare recipients and low-income persons seeking to obtain and maintain employment. The survey is a requirement of federal funding... continue reading

Support for Black River and Western Railroad Project

The goHunterdon Board of Directors recently voted to support the Black River & Western Railroad in an application to the FY2024 Rail Freight Assistance Grant Program.
