FEDERAL POLICY UPDATE

Our office is closely tracking the executive actions of the new Trump Administration and seeking clarity and guidance on the new directives being issued by federal agencies. New guidance (OMB Memo M-25-13) regarding all federally funded projects is now available. We are actively reviewing this information in parallel with our federal agencies to assess how it may impact your project(s). Please contact your respective Contracts and Grants Officer or your post-award grant analyst with any questions and note the following during this time:

  • RSP will continue to submit proposals as the federal agencies submission systems are operational.
  • Sponsor proposal review timelines may be extended while federal agencies navigate pauses on federal assistance funding in specific areas.
  • There may be changes to proposal deadlines. It is recommended to reconfirm the deadline.
  • Reconfirm that the funding announcement has not been revised or postponed. If available, consider signing up for alerts from the federal agency or sponsor.
