November 10, 2023

Dear Parents,

Pizza pick up is here! Please remember to pick up your pizzas between 11am – 1pm. It would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for doing such a good job selling!

Grandparents Day is Friday, November 17. If you didn’t RSVP yet, please do so ASAP. We have a wonderful morning planned. Please remember, we have a 12:30pm dismissal on Friday so Grandparents can spend the day with their grandchildren. Let us know how you like the half-day for future Grandparents Day. This is the first time we are trying this and your opinion matters.

The St. Matt’s Market day planning is well underway. We had 27 vendors last year and will have 38 this year. It’s going to be a great shopping day! We will be selling homemade chili, hot chocolate and cider and will also have door prizes and the Grahl Ground Coffee truck on the property. Check out our Facebook event page for Vendor Spotlights of their homemade items: 2023 St. Matt’s Market on Small Business Saturday. Please stop by to help us support and celebrate our local businesses.

Since there is not a lot of opportunities to have affordable Christmas/Santa outings for families, we will be hosting the Santa Breakfast on December 10 from 8am – 12pm. The cost is a donation only! We want everyone to have a wonderful experience, see Santa, enjoy an all-you-can eat breakfast, help Mrs. Claus make cookies and listen to Mrs. Claus read a Christmas Story at 11am. Please join in this family event. If you want to help or donate a raffle basket, please let us know.

Have a great weekend!
