PEER ENGAGEMENT

MidCareer: Managing the Mental Overload

Must you do it all yourself? Why?

Master effective ways to distribute the mental load of personal lifestyle tasks and finances. Make the most of your time, whilst taking care of your own wellbeing.

Learn practical tips for maximizing the 24 hours in a day. Brainstorm on what could be outsourced vs. tackling it yourself.

Consider also how to declutter your home when you pass on the accumulation of children’s clothes, toys, books, highchairs and buggies to a baby bank that provides pre-loved clothes and kit to families on low incomes.

This discussion will take place in-person in London and simultaneously broadcast as a webinar. Please RSVP below.

For those attending in-person, following the program, share your tips on managing mental overload with your peers as you network over drinks and learn more about the baby bank movement.

Please contact the MidCareer London Committee with any questions.
