The act of convening—the coming together of mission-share individuals to make change—has been a hallmark of successful movements throughout time and has been a superpower of the LGBTQI+ community specifically. Convening is where we find belonging, where we create breakthroughs, and where we show up to generate change where it is needed most.
Out & Equal has a rich history of convening with measurable and lasting impact made along the way. From our annual signature events such as Workplace Summit and Executive Forum, to our Global Forums and regional events, our gatherings have always been, and continue to be, designed to bring together key stakeholders to solve pressing issues facing LGBTQI+ workplace inclusion.
We are thrilled to be offering multiple in-person gatherings around the world in the coming weeks and months, with emphasis on Latin America, the US Southern States, and Asia-Pacific. These events will bring together executives, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, & Belonging (DEIB) and HR practitioners, Employee Resource Group leaders, workplace inclusion change-makers, and other influencers to partake in trailblazing discussions and workshops, peer-to-peer education on innovative best practices, and networking with leaders from across each region.
Together, in these spaces, we will continue working towards creating workplaces and workplace cultures where LGBTQI+ employees and allies belong, thrive, and contribute to greater impact—inside of the business and beyond.

This year, the premier LGBTQI+ workplace inclusion event in Brazil is returning with a Day of Transformation—an in-person gathering unlike prior forums, with an even wider geographic reach and an agenda designed to incorporate diverse perspectives from throughout Latin America.
A highlight of our annual LATAM Forum programming is the announcement of the Excellence Awards Winners—a sought-after recognition bestowed upon individuals, companies, and ERGs who are leading the way with bold and innovative advancements (and proven results!) toward workplace inclusion for LGBTQI+ people in Latin America. Simultaneous translation (English, Portuguese, and Spanish) will be available throughout the event.

For the first time in Southern States Forum history, Out & Equal is bringing our event—hosted by O&E Partner Airbus—to Mobile, Alabama with the theme, Pride in Who We Are.
The day-long Southern States Forum event once again promises to inspire, energize, and empower participants with new tools for education and awareness building, and solution-oriented inclusive action, including innovative best practices, professional networking opportunities with leaders across the region, and a special invite-only tour of one of Airbus’s major manufacturing locations.
This event is being held exclusively for Out & Equal Partner organizations and is not open to the public.

Out & Equal returns to India!
In partnership with Pride Circle, Out & Equal is excited to deliver a "Day of Transformation" to the region, with a event filled with trailblazing discussions, peer-to-peer workshop sessions centering on best practice development, and once-in-a lifetime networking among business leaders and influencers.
The event will take place in English.
