LightWerks partnered with this elite, non-profit osteopathic college to engage in a complete design-build for their brand new, 116,000 square foot, state-of-the-art facility in Wichita, Kansas. Featuring top brands such as Crestron, Samsung, Christie, Shure, Bose, and Vaddio, the 3-million-dollar project will serve to instruct well-prepared physicians and health care leaders. The innovative audio visual integration includes learning spaces, an osteopathic skills training center, simulation center, standardized patient teaching rooms, large lecture halls, study rooms, a virtual anatomy lab, and much more. The learning spaces combine the latest advances in medical technology with cutting edge hybrid learning AV solutions.

While most organizations standardize on Teams or Zoom as their primary communication platform, they also require flexible and reliable systems that allow them to schedule and calendar Zoom calls in addition to the Teams Room functionality, and visa versa.
LightWerks understands that this interoperability is essential in today’s distributed, cloud-based work environment. It needs to be effortless for people to communicate and collaborate across different operating systems, platforms, and devices.
Direct Guest Join allows participants to easily join Microsoft Teams meetings from Zoom Rooms, and Zoom meetings from Teams Rooms without the need for additional infrastructure or licensing. Our team has expertise in supporting organizations as they enable this exciting new feature.
