  • On March 13, 2023, Federal District Court District of Massachusetts ruled in the defendants' motion to dismiss in favor of our client Sunco Timber (Kunshan) Co. a leading kitchen cabinet manufacturer in China, on some major causes of actions, including breach of contract, breach fiduciary duty and pierce corporate veil, against Infinity Wood Products LLC, its exclusive distributor and customer in the US and its shareholders, officers and directors for more than $6,000,000.
