Presentation: What does the elimination of parking minimums mean for the future of development in our community?

The Anchorage Assembly recently approved a measure to remove parking minimums from new development, which allows the property owner/developer to decide how many parking places to provide when configuring their site plan. The sponsors of the ordinance will provide a short overview of the provisions of the ordinance and explain how it could benefit the future of development in Eagle River, Chugiak and Anchorage.

The 2023 Chamber Forums are $18.00 for Members and $22.00 for non-members. Fees include The Program + Lunch + Beverage. There is also a Program/Drink-Only option for $5.00. The restaurant offers a few choices for lunch. The regular menu is not available for attendees.
