Minimum Salary: $38,462.97*


* Any salary above the minimum amount is dependent on experience and at the discretion of the department Director, HR Director, and City Manager


MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

A high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 5 years’ of related work experience.


CERTIFICATION, LICENSE AND SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

Class "B" CDL Driver's License.

ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT MANAGER


SALARY RANGE

$79,757.46 - $115,648.31


MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Economic Development, Urban Planning, Public Administration, Business Administration, or a related field, and four (4) years of related work experience. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be accepted on a year for year basis. The total qualifying equivalent combination is eight (8) years.

SALARY RANGE

$70,983.85 - $102,926.59


MINIMUM EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Public Administration, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field, and four (4) years of related work experience. An equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be accepted on a year for year basis. The total qualifying equivalent combination is eight (8) years.

Stay up-to-date on City activities and projects for Fiscal Year 2024-2025! This week, the City Manager updates the Duncanville Mayor and City Council on departmental activities and other significant items of interest. To keep the public better informed, the City is pleased to make this update available to Duncanville's residents, businesses, and stakeholders.

REMINDER: Place trash, recycling, brush, and bulk debris at the curb/alley no earlier than 12:01 AM and no later than 7:00 AM on scheduled collection days.


No construction materials will be picked up. These items must be disposed of by the contractor or taken to Skyline Landfill for a $35 fee.
