Women support each other and men support women in celebrating International Women’s Day. Learn ten tips that men (and women) can use to help women advance in their careers.

Hear about ways that firms and both genders can be actively involved in closing the gender gap in hiring, promotion and compensation in the financial services industry.

Gain insights through interactions in a small group, as 10 people will be seated at each table for discussion.

Enjoy drinks and bar bites as you network and share anecdotes of success and strategies for women to move ahead in the financial industry.
