Happiness can have a huge impact on how we live our lives. What makes us happy? Can we learn to be happy? Looking at the ‘Science of Happiness,’ we will explore how to find happiness and joy and look at what we can do to bring more positivity into our day-to-day lives. 

Dahlia Bendavid is a certified life coach and happiness trainer, as well as a dedicated leader in the fields of global philanthropy, leadership development and nonprofit management. For the past 19 years, Dahlia has made her career at the Greater Miami Jewish Federation where she currently serves as Israel and Overseas Director.

Rochelle Weinstein is the USA Today and Amazon bestselling author of seven women’s fiction novels, including When We Let Go. She isMiami's NBC 6 in the Mix monthly book contributor and teaches publishing workshops at Nova Southeastern University.
