Donations & Volunteers

The Winter Fair is celebration of our students and our community during the winter season. It is an event where we all come together to support our children and the school. One aspect that we need help in to truly make it a successful event are donations for our Bake Sale and Food Fair. Who doesn't love a sweet treat, right?!

We are always in need volunteers to help run our annual Winter Fair. This year we are in need of help in all areas. Please keep in mind your student's performance time so you don't miss them sing! We cannot thank you all enough for the continued support with each and every fundraiser we do for our students!

RAFFLE BASKETS

Our favorite fundraiser of the year returns to the Winter Fair. Everyone will be able to purchase raffle tickets in person at the fair or via your phone. You will be able to send the link to purchase raffle tickets for these baskets to family and friends that are not able to attend our Winter Fair.
Raffle tickets will be available for purchase on November 25th-December 15th. Stay Tuned for the QR code that will lead you to the photos of each basket.
Each classroom at Florence Roche will raise funds and build a themed basket for the raffle. Be on the look out for an email from your Room Parents about your classroom’s theme.
There will be baskets that The PTA have put together with donations from local businesses for raffle as well!
All donations and contributions for the baskets need to be submitted by November 13th to your student's room parents so that way they have time to put the baskets together for raffling.
