Free Educational Resources

Raritan Valley Community College continues to help students reduce their educational costs by providing free instructional materials in a growing number of classes. Since 2018, the use of free Open Educational Resources has saved RVCC students $5,331,803.17.

Register for Winter, Spring Classes

Register today for RVCC’s Winter Session and Spring Semester classes. Earn college credits in less than a month by taking a course during the Winter Session, December 18-January 17.

Spring Semester classes start January 22.

National Awards

RVCC is a community college, but it has been recognized nationally with several prestigious awards and honors.

Social Learning Innovator Award

Dr. Melanie Lenahan, Professor of Biology, has received the Social Learning Innovator Award in STEM from Hypothesis. The award recognizes her work to deepen student engagement and foster an immersive learning environment.

Information Sessions

Attend an RVCC Information Session. Learn about the admissions process and tour the campus. Upcoming events include Virtual Family Sessions, Information Sessions for the Honors College/NJ STARS and Beauty Professions, and a program titled “Fast Track Your Admissions.”

Juried Art Show

Artwork by many talented RVCC students is being highlighted in the 21st Annual RVCC Juried Student Art Exhibition, on display until November 26 in the College’s Art Gallery.

Planetarium

The RVCC Planetarium is presenting a new star show in November, “To Space and Back,” which takes viewers on an exploration of space.
