The Outdoor Learning Center is a space where wonder can run wild! We had the opportunity to explore, learn and see so much at our local Outdoor Learning Center. This trip not only sparked curiosity but gave STAR Club students an opportunity to experience various types of wildlife along with fun engaging activities!

Thank you to staff member Becca for your patience and for making learning fun! Click Here to learn more about this awesome place!

Millwood Impact not only strives to live out our mission of addressing unmet essential needs but also strives to collaborate with local partners that align with our values! Chuck and Shelley Watkins, owner of Millwood Brewery, have been incredible partners in collaborating alongside us and creating unique opportunities for youth in our STAR Club program.

They’ve hosted a snack bin in their establishment, raised money and coordinated youth experiences on the mountain. We are extremely grateful to have key community members like these two who go above and beyond, bring awareness and take action!

Thank you Chuck and Shelly for the way that you give and live generously, you both have truly made an impact!

We are honored to have some of the best volunteers creating and cultivating relationships with STAR Club students. STAR Club volunteers show up and consistently engage in weekly

check-ins, words of encouragement and fun team building activities. We are thankful to have safe, caring adults who invest in STAR Club students and their families.

It was amazing connecting with more and more of this community in our March Millwood Meal. Our partners Hutton Settlement created a delicious meal full of flavors while utilizing their own homegrown ingredients, including their own honey! We had live music by pianist Zachary and a solo performance by Melody, a youth member of Hutton Settlement.
