What a weekend! The 16th Annual Global Science Summit was filled with 29 robust presentations organized into the 4 Pillars of our Roadmap to a Cure. This was a global event bringing together researchers, industry, and families from around the world! Update from IONIS Pharamaceuticals

On November 11, 2023 in Miami, FL, Ionis Pharmaceuticals shared positive clinical updates for their ongoing trial of ION582 for Angelman syndrome. 

• Part 1 of HALOS trial evaluating ION582 has completed enrollment with results expected in mid-2024
• ION582 has been generally well tolerated at all dose levels, and most participants are continuing to Part 2, the long-term extension portion of the study
• Encouraging EEG and clinical observations support continued development
