Help With Medicare for Fremont Township Residents

Fremont Township offers a free service to our residents to evaluate your prescription drug coverage. Each year you should be evaluating which prescription plan best suits your needs based on the medications you are on.

We are concerned you might not have noticed changes in your plan for next year. Some of the plans have changed, and if you don't look at this now, you could be paying thousands more per year. Our counselor has now saved residents over $49,000.

Our appointments fill up, so please call for your appointment as soon as possible.

Changes made to your Prescription Drug plan will take effect on January 1, 2024.

If you would like to make an appointment with the Ship Counselor, please call

Nancy or Diana at 847 223-2847.
