Naples Area Real Estate Update

The most recent real estate reports revealed 594 properties sold in December, for just over $500 million in sales for the month.

Notably, the highest-priced sale was a Port Royal Estate for $19,000,000.

The luxury market saw a notable increase in high-end sales, with 172 properties sold at $1 million+.
