Good morning Austin!

The WORTH Center plays a pivotal role in positively impacting communities across Ohio through our innovative approach, compassionate care, and vital resources. A key aspect of this impact is our focus on educational empowerment, particularly through our GED services.

Achieving a GED is crucial for personal development and has profound implications, especially for former residents of correctional facilities. Statistics show that obtaining a GED can significantly increase employment opportunities for these individuals, fostering a sense of focus, discipline, and the ability to thrive in a structured environment.

This year alone, the WORTH Center proudly witnessed 18 residents earn their GED, with three achieving this milestone in the past month. As a certified test site in Ohio, we are committed to providing this essential educational resource, believing firmly in the power of education to rehabilitate the mind and open doors to a brighter, more stable future.

Our commitment extends far beyond our doors, as we diligently focus on equipping each individual with the necessary resources and support for success in the outside world. The transition from our facility to everyday life presents unique challenges, and our goal is to ensure that every person who leaves our center does so with a robust set of tools and skills.

We are deeply grateful for your help Austin, as we continue our proactive efforts in reducing recidivism, ensuring each journey through the WORTH Center leads to a brighter, more stable future.
