Maria Izurieta

Maria Izurieta is a financial executive and board member instrumental in advancing companies long-term financial growth through strategic and operational initiatives in both public and private companies. Ms Izurieta has a strong reputation of leading companies with her entrepreneurial energy to quickly take advantage of complex market and growth opportunities. Ms. Izurieta has a proven track record of enhancing shareholder value through growth initiatives, improving business financial metrics and health, raising funds in public and private markets, leading M&A activities and strategic exit processes and developing great places to work and high performing teams. Ms. Izurieta has won several awards for her expertise as a CFO and senior executive. Ms. Izurieta shares her expertise in developing the next generation of leaders and giving back to the business community through her involvement in various volunteer organizations.


Elaine Marion

Chief Financial Officer, ePlus inc.


Ms. Marion has served as CFO since 2008 and is responsible for all finance, treasury, and accounting functions as well as human resources and information technology for ePlus. Since joining in 1998, she held positions of Vice President of Accounting and Controller. She is a board member of the Executive Advisory Board of the College of Business at the University of Mary Washington and chair of the George Mason University School of Business Dean’s Advisory Council. Ms. Marion holds a Bachelor of Science with a concentration in Accounting from George Mason University. Ms. Marion is proud to have been recently recognized with three important distinctions: 2022 Washington Business Journal Women Who Mean Business Honoree, the 2022 Distinguished Alumni Awardee by the George Mason University School of Business, and Public Company CFO of the Year by the Northern Virginia Technology Council in its 2020 Greater Washington Technology CFO Awards.


Lisa Mayr

Chief Financial Officer, Marigold


Lisa Mayr is the Chief Financial Officer of Marigold. Lisa is a five-time CFO and has spent the majority of her 30-year career focusing on global technology and software companies such as Blackboard, MicroStrategy, INAP and EverFi. Lisa has helped the companies she has worked with to drive profitable revenue growth through supporting technology transformation, increased customer retention and implementing systems and processes to enable scalable growth. Lisa has an MBA from Georgetown University and a BA in Economics and International Relations from American University. She is also a licensed CPA. Lisa sits on the advisory board of STEM for Her, a non-profit focused on encouraging girls to pursue careers in STEM as well as the Georgetown University MBA Advisory Council.
