"Building It Up, Living It Out" Vision Meeting Childcare Serving Opportunity

Calling ALL College & Young Adult Members!

We need YOUR help on Wednesday, April 19 from 6:15-8:00 p.m. to help with childcare (Infant - 4th grade). C&YA is responsible for serving in childcare while parents attend the "Building It Up, Living It Out" Vision Meeting.

Details of Responsibility

  1. Please arrive at 6:15 p.m. and meet at the Children's Ministry hallway (located to the left of the Worship Center lobby).
  2. Do not bring or eat anything that contains peanuts. There is a list of children with allergies in each room.
  3. Use the "two's rule." No child is to be alone with any adult at any time; there must be two adults present. So, if a child wants to play outside, invite other kids and teachers to join you.
  4. Restroom procedures: Most of the classrooms have a bathroom attached. If not, allow the kids to go one at a time in the restroom. Helpers should stand in the classroom doorway, watch the child walk across the hallway to the bathroom, and remain there until the child returns.

A Children’s Ministry representative will be available at the meeting to assist in the classrooms.

Sign Up To Serve!

The Children’s Ministry has a policy that everyone over 18 who works with children must be background checked. This high standard ensures parents that Trinity is committed to providing a safe, healthy environment for the children. At Trinity Community Church, all children are respected, loved, and have their needs met.

If you serve in Jr. High and High School, VBS, or Children's Ministry events, you have already completed the process. If not, you will be directed to complete one after you sign-up to serve. Either way, all volunteers must sign-up to serve using the link below.
