Innovate 208: Dual Enrollment Welding Program

at Triton College

Welcome to the latest episode of Innovate 208, Riverside Brookfield High School’s series showcasing the innovative programs our students participate in. This episode highlights our Dual Enrollment Welding class in partnership with Triton College. Through this program, RBHS students spend half their day at Triton College, gaining hands-on experience in welding while earning both high school and college credit.

Students enrolled in this program have a unique opportunity to learn critical technical skills that prepare them for future careers in welding and related trades. This experience offers a head start in their professional lives, giving them access to certifications and real-world knowledge before graduating high school.
