The Rosalynn Carter Institute for Caregivers
News of former President Jimmy Carter's health and choice for hospice care has been in the news. What you might not know is that former First Lady, Rosalynn Carter, has been at the forefront of caregiving for decades.
The Rosalynn Carter Institute for Caregivers (RCI) was established in 1987, rooted in former First Lady’s belief that "there are only four types of people in the world: those who have been caregivers, who are caregivers, who will be caregivers, and who will need caregivers.
RCI also hosts the 4 Kinds Network, which works with advocates and encourages caregivers to share their caregiving story. To share your story, click here: 4 Kinds
