Deep dive into mindful movement: An introduction to somatic education

The word "soma" comes from the Greeks and means "living body", addressing body-mind-spirit as a whole.

Somatic education is both art and science. It is a type of bodywork that focuses on the internal perceptions of the body. It unfolds through slow, guided explorations of mindful movement, at the intersection of health, self-regulation, consciousness, and self-transformation. These gentle explorations are suitable for participants of any age or movement background. They are for anyone with a body!
