Doctors and medical professionals across the State face daily challenges in providing medical care for their patients. Many are asked by their groups and hospitals to perform procedures against their moral and/or religious beliefs. Several Ohio legislators, have introduced a conscience protection clause to the Ohio budget to support these medical professionals----but the Ohio House is being pressured to remove this language.
Please contact Ohio House Speaker Bob Cupp and urge him to protect those medical professionals who want to live by their oath "TO DO NO HARM." The opponents to this language are weaponizing this simple protection clause, as an "anti-inclusion" talking point for the LGBTQ and pro-abortion advocates.
