WEBINAR
Will a 2021 Boom give way to a 2022 Bust?

Sponsored by Natixis
Investors are faced with growing global uncertainty.

As the U.S. emerges from the pandemic-led recession, it is facing record budget deficits, sharply divided Congress, abundant inflation pressure, potential Fed bond tapering. Some economists speculate that a 2021 boom may yield a 2022 bust.

Uncertainty in overseas markets is also high, driven by:

  • Risk of potential political change with major elections in France, Germany, and Italy
  • New COVID waves and relatively low vaccination rates in Asia
  • Competition between the European nations and China

Hear also about other factors, in the opinion of Jean-François Robin, Head of Global Markets Research; Alicia Garcia Herrero, Chief Economist for Asia Pacific, and Joseph LaVorgna, Chief Economist of the Americas (all at Natixis) in conversation with Marcela Meléndez, UNDP Chief Economist for Latin America and the Caribbean.

Evaluate how investments in specific asset classes may perform in their respective scenarios.

Please email your questions to administration@100women.org by Friday, June 25, 2021 or you may submit them during the webinar.
