The NAEA Board decided NOT to increase registration fees after September 1. Conference registration remains a PD bargain at $495.

Bring a team to the conference! Groups of 5 or more registered at the same time enjoy a $25 discount per registration.

When making hotel reservations for a group from your school, the website forces you to make one reservation at a time. If you are making hotel reservations for more than a couple people, it may be easier to go directly through the Marriott Grand's Group Housing Coordinator., Becky Crosby.

If you have a group that you wish to register for the conference, Becky said that you may email her your list of names, with arrival and departure dates and a phone contact number for the group. She will enter them in the system. You may then call her to give her a credit card number to secure the reservations.

Melvin serves as Region 4; North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Alabama, Mississippi, and Puerto Rico; Director on the NAEA Board.

Melvin believes Successful students become successful adults! Melvin Hayden attributes his drive and passion for learning to his time in the United States Air Force as a firefighter, where he learned the importance of teamwork and collaboration to save lives.
