Sharing the love of Jesus by welcoming, connecting, and serving.
Mid-Week Checkpoint
When Paul wrote his letter to the Christians at Ephesus, it was a letter of encouragement to a young church. How can it offer encouragement to Christians today? This Mid-Week Checkpoint uses scripture, thoughts, questions, and a prayer to help us think through Sunday's sermon. To view this week's checkpoint (June 13), click here.
Children and Youth Sunday School has returned! It may look a little different but it's still the same level of fun and learning as it was before. We meet from 9:15 a.m. - 10:15 a.m. as follows:

  • Those ages 3 and under meet in nursery room 101
  • Current preschoolers meet in the children’s wing in room 102
  • Current kindergarten through Grade 4 meet in Kid Central (the large room in the children’s wing)
  • Current Fifth Grade (rising 6th graders) through Grade 12 meet in youth central (the large room in the education wing)
Have you registered for Summer Jam? Our next family experience is Sunday, June 27, and again on July 11 & 25. These worship experiences, geared to all ages of the family, are an alternative to our annual VBS and provide interactive elements that merge VBS themes and activities with a time of worship. We want you to come as a family to share in this special time with us. To sign-up, click here. Each Summer Jam begins at 6:00 p.m.
Help Us Purchase School Supplies
Wesley's Attic is in need of cash donations (by July 4, please) to pay for school supplies which will be purchased in bulk. Please make checks payable to "FFUMC" and write "SCHOOL SUPPLIES" on the memo line. For additional ways to give, click here. Your generous donations are greatly appreciated by the families we serve.

Jesus Christ, our Savior, reminds us in Matthew 25:40 that,
“whatever you do for the least of my brethren, you do for me."
New Sunday Morning Small Group
A new Sunday morning small group for parents has formed. This group focuses on doing life together through scripture, sharing how we can support each other in everyday life, and strengthening our connection with God and with each other. It meets at 9:15 a.m. in Room 205. If you would like to be a part of this group, contact Renni Morris, or just show up at 9:15 in Room 205. Children and youth Sunday school is available at this time as well.
Gently-Used Children's Clothing Needed
Wesley’s Attic needs to refill the bins with children’s clothing, sizes newborn to teens, for distribution at our next Mobile Pantry on Saturday, July 24, 2021, at FFUMC. Please look through your kids’ closets/drawers for outgrown, gently-used clothing and shoes, especially sneakers. Donations can be brought to the church office, Monday through Thursday, 9:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Thursday Morning Women's Bible Study
The FFUMC Thursday Morning Women's Bible Study Group invites you to join us as we remember our favorite songs and hymns. We'll be reading about their histories in Then Sings My Soul, by Robert Morgan, as we relax, grin, and chat every Thursday morning at 10:00 a.m. in the conference room. There’s no homework because School’s Out for the summer! All are invited to come and join the Christian fellowship and singing!
