CVR MLS fees are due by 5 PM, June 30. Remember to pay your quarterly CVR MLS fees and set up credit card AutoPay by accessing your Member Hub on the CVR MLS Dashboard. The quickest way to access your Member Hub is through the icon circled above on the MLS Dashboard.

Square Footage Supporting Documentation

When using a square footage source other than the tax records, you are required to upload as a supplement into Matrix the documentation supporting the square footage measurements used in the listing. Documentation can be sketches, drawings, appraisal reports (only the relevant portion of the report is necessary), etc. We have increased the supplement allowance to 10 to accommodate additional documentation. See CVR Rule 5.6.2 or contact the Compliance team for more information.
CVR MLS Tips
Updating Your Matrix Contact Info

To update your contact information, click on the Member Hub icon on your Dashboard. From there, you can click on “My Info” and edit your contact information as needed. When updating your Matrix email address, make sure the default box is checked. Updated information will flow over to Matrix within 15 minutes and will populate to TransactionDesk overnight. The quickest way to access your Member Hub is through the icon circled above on the MLS Dashboard.

FastStats reports and sortable monthly stats are updated monthly and provided on the housing reports page of our website. Click the button below for housing reports.

Financial Tools to Help Buyers

Down Payment Resource and RatePlug are two simple tools to help buyers. Down Payment Resource helps buyers determine their eligibility for grants and other mortgage assistance programs. RatePlug offers a calculator to determine monthly mortgage obligations. Down Payment Resource can be found on the MLS dashboard and the Rateplug rollout is found at the bottom of listings in Matrix.
