Congratulations to all of our Leopards on an outstanding school year!

We hope you and your family have a wonderful summer, and we look forward to seeing continued success from the Class of 2021 and can't wait to see all of our Leopards as we kick off the 2021-2022 school year; on August 16th!
Recognitions
Lady Leopard Softball
Lovejoy Softball had an outstanding season! The team competed in over 40 plus games and the record on the season finished at 29-11-2. The Lady Leopards were Region 2 District 5A Runner-Ups with a district record of 12 wins and 2 losses! The girls battled week-after-week to advance to the Regional Finals in Round 5 playoffs falling to Hallsville. Along the way, the team picked up the Gold Glove trophies as Bi-District, Area, Regional Quarterfinals, and Regional Semifinals Champions! Sophomores, Hannah Harvey and Jade Owens were featured as Player of the Week in the Dallas Morning News two consecutive weeks in a row during their playoff run. We graduate two seniors from the program on May 29, Sydney Provence and Holly Massey, and applaud them on their hard work, commitment, and outstanding four years with the Lovejoy Softball program! Best of luck to them in their future endeavors!
Lovejoy Baseball
Congratulations to our Lovejoy Baseball team on an outstanding 30-10 overall record. These amazing athletes set a school record for wins in a season, advanced to the Regional Semi-Finals, defeated Frisco Reedy in Bi-District, defeated Hillcrest in Area, and defeated Prosper Rock Hill in Regional Quarterfinals! While this year's journey towards State may have stopped against Hallsville in Regional Semi-Finals, we are excited to for the bright future ahead for all of our Leopards!
Athletic Parent Survey
In an effort to better serve our community, we would like to gather the feedback of our parents/guardians and students regarding their athletic experience in Lovejoy ISD.

The survey includes the opportunity to provide feedback in multiple areas of athletics including; coaching, transportation, facilities, academic assistance, strength, and conditioning.

We want a comprehensive picture of what it "feels" like to be a LEOPARD!  
Below, you will find a link to the Parent / Guardian survey. If you have not already had a chance to complete it, please do so by Friday, June 4th.
Elementary Transition Information Website

Additionally, the Elementary School Transition website provides our Lovejoy community members with up-to-date information regarding the transition to an Early Childhood, District-Wide Support Services campus, and (2) K-4 campuses for the 2021-2022 School Year. Click here to view the website.

Face Masks - Optional May 29th

Effective May 29th, face masks are optional for all activities in Lovejoy ISD.
