We are in full swing and looking forward to a great September. We hope everyone had a great first week back at school! Our Back-to-School Mass on Monday was special, and we all prayed together for a wonderful and service-filled school year.

ROOM MOM SIGNUPS ARE OPEN (CLICK HERE)

Please sign up ASAP if you are interested in being a Room Mom, as we will finalize Room Moms by September 13th. The Room Mom meeting will be on September 17th at 2:00 PM. Please keep in mind that all Room Moms must be Virtus trained, and it is recommended that they volunteer for at least one PTA event during the school year in addition to their normal Room Mom duties.

NEW FOR 2024-2025 | OLGC PTA REMIND GROUP

The OLGC PTA has joined REMIND, and we invite all our school parents to download the app and join our group so we can stay connected in real-time throughout the school year. To join the OLGC PTA REMIND group, please CLICK HERE OR text to join (see image below).

Volunteer Note: 

All volunteers for any PTA event (with children present) must be Virtus trained and fingerprinted. Please contact the rectory for information. The training is very simple and quick, so please consider helping the OLGC community in 2024-2025! Also, we are always looking for volunteers who can help in any way with setup, tear-down, or preparations, which can easily be done at home! There are so many opportunities; there is truly something for everyone!

Please SAVE THE DATE for our annual BACK TO SCHOOL SOCIAL on Friday, September 20th. This event features food trucks, DJ games and music, bounce houses, obstacle courses, and more. It's a fun night for the entire family, and there's no better way to kick off the school year.

CALLING ALL GOLFERS—It is time “FORE” our 4th Annual Golf Scramble! REGISTRATION IS OFFICIALLY OPEN.

On Friday, September 27th, we will gather at Golden Pheasant Golf Club for what is sure to be a great day. Grab some friends, form a foursome, and come out to support our school. Not a golfer? No worries - come join us for cocktails and dinner.
