S.O.L.T

S.O.L.T stands for Soroptimist Orientation and Leadership Training. This is an organization wide practice where clubs let members know about the in's and out's of Soroptimist. This information can include history, what various acronyms stand for, program descriptions and more. Some clubs do a SOLT minute or a grain of SOLT on a regular basis. You may have noticed the pop-up tents on our tables this year, with SOLT information for our members. It's a great way to learn more about Soroptimist!

Bring a Friend to Lunch Program!

On Wednesday, October 9 (*note the date change), our program will be focused on inviting and orienting potential new members to see what we are all about. Looking for a Historian/Archivist

We are looking for a member who is interested in continuing to track our club's activities for the sake of posterity. If you like this idea, the Comm Comm group would love to chat with you more about what this would entail. It's an easy job, done from home and so important to our club now and in the future. A great way to make a contribution to SI Chico. Contact Bonnie or Laura for more info.

Club Roster Updates!

We are working on a new version of our club roster. It looks terrific and will be very user friendly. Many of us have not updated our photos in some time. If you have a photo or headshot you would like us to use, please send it to Gail Nottingham (click her name for direct link to email!). We will also be offering to take new photos at club.

Donations Needed

Our member, Dawn Fedeli works in the Health Office at Chapman Elementary. Her office is in need of donations of boys and girls shorts and pants sizes 5-8. They can be new or gently used.

Donations can be brought to the Chapman office or can be given to Bonnie for delivery.

Facility Fee Increase

Please note the change in fee for facility this year at Canyon Oaks Country Club. Same fee applies at The Italian Guy Catering when we meet there.

Facility only:

(coffee, tea, lemonade included) $7.00

Lunch remains the same: $20.00

*You may pre-purchase lunches in any increment for convenience
