On September 28th, Hurricane Ian made landfall near Ft. Myers Beach, bringing devastation to Southwest Florida. As CPI's mission is to equip churches with healthcare tools to serve the hurting both physically and spiritually, our ministry sprang into action to come alongside our church partners in Florida to bless those in need.

Thanks to generous donors, the funds were raised to donate and ship tons of supplies to our friends in Florida, and CPI will continue to do so in the weeks and months to come, as the recovery process will be ongoing. Please keep the region in prayer, and our church partners on the ground, as they are the hands and feet of Jesus to their neighbors in need!

On October 4th, a CPI Surgical Mission Team left the USA bound for Guatemala, destined to work with CPI's Network of Guatemalan Physicians, Church Partners, and National Directors, Helmuth & Olga Marroquin.

The team performed multiple obstetrical surgeries for women in need. The ladies were identified as surgical patients through CPI primary care clinics. Pre-op and post-op testing and check-ups were performed by CPI missionary and Nurse Practitioner, Katy Reuter Marroquin. CPI is so blessed to have Katy serving with our surgical teams, as she is a critical component of the ministry work!

Lives were touched and souls were saved during the surgical trip - we praise God for the willingness of our U.S. and Guatemalan surgeons, anesthesiologists, and nurses willing to donate their time and services to provide critical care in Jesus' Name - to God be the glory!

Pray With CPI - Mission Team Traveling to Thailand Oct. 26th

Please join us in prayer for our upcoming mission journey to Thailand! This will be CPI's first healthcare mission trip to Thailand since before the pandemic. From Wednesday, October 26th through Sunday, November 6th, we will be serving with our National Directors in Thailand, Pastor Jay & Rochelle Orata in Chiang Rai, Thailand.

Besides our clinics in Northern Thailand, CPI will also be serving with another Thai church partner in two locations south of Bangkok. Please join us in prayer for traveling mercies, for the Holy Spirit to move and work in each community where we will serve, for souls to be saved, for wisdom for our healthcare providers, and for provision and guidance for our Thai church partners.
