AED/CPR - Hands on Training

According to the American Heart Association, more than 356,000 Americans have experienced sudden cardiac arrest. Nearly 90% were fatal. Victims who receive bystander CPR are 2.5-3 times more likely to survive.


Join us to learn how to recognize when someone is experiencing cardiac arrest, how to use an AED, and how to perform hands only CPR.


Hands Only CPR is a simple technique that any bystander can learn to do without having a medical background.

Childhood Abuse Prevention Month

Join us as we partner with the Ohio County Family Resources Network (FRN) to place pinwheels on the front lawn of the B&O building to raise awareness for child abuse prevention.

Join WVNCC Campus Liaison Officer RJ Faldowski to learn about intranasal Naloxone and how to recognize the signs and symptoms of a narcotic overdose.


Participants will receive a certificate after completion of the course.

Deadline to Order Your Cap and Gown Is April 12


All students who graduated in December, or who are going to be graduating this May or Summer, can now order their cap and gown here. The last day to order online is Wednesday, April 12.


Caps and gowns will also be available for purchase at the graduation fairs.


Graduation is Friday, May 12 at 7pm at WesBanco Arena.
