We recently visited Enota Mountain Retreat in Hiawassee, GA for much needed r and r...and r (rest, relaxation and recharging). On July 9th Serenity Salt Cave's owner, staff, practitioners, yoga teachers and friends embarked on an incredible adventure to the north Georgia mountains.

Nestled in the midst of the Chattahoochee National Forest, this escape provided everything that we needed to refill our souls. We had zero access to the internet, extremely spotty cell phone service and not one person turned on a tv. We found exactly what we had all been needing - connection to the earth, community and quiet.

We had an rough agenda of what we wanted to do over the weekend however that idea quickly went out the window and turned into "ideas we can do if we get bored." There was so much to explore and see. We came together and formed a tribe of light-filled mystical maidens, a connection so magical we have all changed for the better.

We traversed the land, soaking up the energy, immersing ourselves in the beauty of the land. Some of us trekked to view the 200ft waterfall while others of us found a space to lay in the rushing healing waters. We shed parts of ourselves that we had been carrying for lifetimes, we filled our hearts with so much love, we released things that no longer served our highest good. We feasted, we laughed, we cried and we formed a life-long sisterhood.

This weekend was truly magical and transforming for all of us. Time stood still. The serene scenery and energy of this place has changed us all for the better and we left filled with so much gratitude.

Enota is a non-profit conservation facility committed to preserving the most beautiful land. All the delicate beauty of nature has been preserved with four breathtaking waterfalls, five bubbling streams, and two trout ponds.

If you are inspired by these photographs, feel free to make a love donation to assist in the preservation of Enota Mountain Retreat and it's beautiful land.

Changes & Cancellations

Please note that there have been changes to the yoga schedule.

It is with a heavy heart that we inform you that Janyl Jentlie will no longer be teaching yoga at Serenity due to scheduling conflicts for the fall. We do hope she will be able to return at a later date and we wish her all the best for her future. If you would like to respond to this email with well wishes for Janyl, I will be happy to pass them along.

With that being said, our yoga schedule will be going through another revamp. Please be patient with us as we look to fill the open spots with new classes. Feel free to refer your certified yoga friends to us if they are looking for a space to hold their practice.

Check the online schedule to see if registration is available for classes. If you do not see the class on the schedule, then it is full or unavailable.
Feel free to call us with any questions.
