Dawes made history last weekend on CBS Saturday Morning by performing the entirety of their new song "Someone Else's Cafe/Doomscroller Tries to Relax." Clocking in at 10 minutes and five seconds, the performance broke the record for the longest live performance of a single song in television history. The band also played "Comes in Waves."

Both songs come from Dawes' new LP out this past Friday, July 22. MISADVENTURES OF DOOMSCROLLER was produced by longtime collaborator Jonathan Wilson (Billy Strings, Father John Misty, Angel Olsen). Fresh off very special appearances by Taylor Goldsmith (a widely acclaimed solo show as well as performing with Joni Mitchell, Marcus Mumford, and Goose) at this past weekend’s Newport Folk Festival in Newport, RI, Dawes will further celebrate MISADVENTURES OF DOOMSCROLLER with a non-stop live schedule including headline shows, festival performances, a summer run with The Head and The Heart, and a very special co-headline tour with GRAMMY® Award-nominated Canadian artist Bahamas. “An Evening with Dawes and Bahamas” will see both acts performing together for two unique live sets, with Dawes backing Bahamas and Bahamas then joining Dawes for an unprecedented collaborative performance.
