Letter from the Director - Robert Poulston

So many great works God has been doing this first quarter at Safe Harbor Little Rock. We are progressing at getting our new roof for our downstairs building. It is currently under construction and we are anticipating completion.

Our past graduates of the program have been giving back and coming in for classes to share their experience, strength and hope with current clients. This participation is so important for new clients to see and we hope for this to continue on. Our clients first and foremost need to Know God and how abundant He can pour into their lives once He is received.

Our clients are also Finding Freedom in the activities that they do. We had a great turnout for the Christian concert Winter Jam. Being in a structured recovery environment cannot be all work; participating in healthy activities is part of the process as well.

We are still partnered with the state of Arkansas and a local women's program, Phoenix house. We are able to employee many people and get them motivated and participating in becoming an active productive member of society. Many of them have become full-time employees with our corporate partners to start to Discover Purpose.

In the end we see the difference it makes in their lives and are excited to see our clients graduate and go out and Make a Difference. We at Safe Harbor of Little Rock are looking forward to what the rest of 2023 has to offer.

Partner of the Quarter - Southern Glazers

Southern Glazers has been partnered with us goin on two years. They have stuck with us through the ups and downs and in the last three months they have rolled over four of our clients to their payroll for a full-time position.

They stand by our program and what we are doing to help others. We are proud to call them our Partner of the Quarter.

Faith In Action

We are so thankful for those who share their ministry with us here at Safe Harbor of Little Rock.

Rev. Stacey Warner brought a great message. Jesus is waiting with open arms, all we need to do is embrace Him.

We enjoyed having Minister Tracy Livingston with us as well.

Super Bowl LVII Party in Little Rock

Client of the Quarter

"Mr. G" has been a true blessing to all the men here at Safe Harbor Little Rock. From day one he has taken the initiative in giving his all to make this program the very best it can be for all the men here.

He has taken on the responsibility of Work Mode Supervisor. Day in and day out he diligently performs his job with a servants heart. I believe in all he does he executes it for the glory of God and also to make this place a better place for every man who walks through the doors here.

We are so truly blessed to have him here and see the transformation occurring in his life daily as he works alongside all the men in this program.
