The Kountourogiannis family, which owns Joe Feta's Greek Village on Lake Street in St. Catharines, opened George's Greek Village on October 5. The authentic Greek restaurant is owned by George Kountourogiannis, whose family purchased the Joe Feta's property in 2003. Fourteen years later, they'd brought the restaurant to a new level of success and seized an opportunity to expand and open George's Greek Village at one of the best locations in the region - just off the QEW near the Welland Canal, at 535 Queenston Street in St. Catharines.
