Annual REALTOR® Membership Dues Renewal
REALTOR® membership runs from January – December each year and will be processed upon receipt of an application and full payment. Membership dues invoices for 2023 are available in member accounts* and have been emailed.

TIMELINE

October 17, 2022 - 2023 Annual REALTOR® Dues Renewal invoices emailed and available in member accounts.

November 30, 2022 - Renewal deadline for 2023 Annual REALTOR® Dues

December 1 - 31, 2022 - $50 late fee applied to 2023 Annual REALTOR® Dues payments.

January 1, 2023 - Unpaid members are terminated.

January 1-15, 2023 - $100 reinstatement fee applied to 2023 Annual REALTOR® Dues payments.

January 15, 2023 - Designated REALTORS® will be assessed nonmember fees for terminated agents in their office. To avoid this fee, remove the terminated nonmember licensee from your brokerage office by removing his/her license with Indiana Professional Licensing.
Dues can be paid by check or credit card. Pay online through member account or emailed invoice by a credit card or electronic check. Checks are accepted by mail or in-person (drop box located to left of front door). Dues and late fees are non-refundable once paid.
