Underclassmen Exam Schedule May 27- June 2
Underclassmen final exams will begin Friday, May 27th through Thursday, June 2nd.

There is no school on Memorial Day Monday, May 30th.

Below you will see a copy of the exam schedule.

Each day will start at our normal time of 7:45am

Dismissal times for Friday, May 27th, Tuesday, May 31st and Wednesday, June 1st will be 11:35 am. Students are expected to be out of the building by noon each day.

Dismissal time for Thursday, June 2nd is 9:35 am, and students are expected to be out of the building by 10 am.

Transportation should be arranged for your student(s). We will provide busing updates as we receive them from districts.

School lunch will not be served any of the exam days.

Please check Schoology and with your son or daughter regarding particular information about each course exam.

Graduation for the Class of 2022 will be held Saturday, May 28 at 10 am on Jack Ryan Field.

Nurse's Notes
All Junior Parents - Please remember to schedule your students for their second Meningococcal vaccine this summer. All seniors are required to have this vaccination by the beginning of the 2022-2023 school year. If your student has already had the vaccine, you are welcome to send a copy to school nurse, Greer Edwards, now. 
 
All Students - there will be a Flu Vaccine Clinic in the Fall. Please plan to have your student vaccinated here at school. More information and paperwork will be available once school starts in August.   
 
Any student with medication at school must pick it up before the last day of final exams. If the medications are not picked up, they will be discarded. If your student will require medication during the 2022-2023 school year, new Medication Administration orders will need to be completed and signed by a physician. Forms can be found in the Nurse's Notes on the Bishop Hartley website.  
A Rosary a Day in May
You’re invited to join other families throughout the Diocese in interceding for Bishop-elect Fernandes as we prepare for his ordination on May 31st, by praying a Rosary each day.

Just as St. Catherine of Siena said, "Be who God meant you to be, and you will set the whole world on fire," let's set the Columbus Diocese ablaze in prayer together as we prepare for our new bishop.
