Serving New Hampshire Since 1969 With Integrity, Quality & Service
CenterStone Manager's Message
Hello to our CenterStone Residents,

It was a very humid Summer and now Autumn has arrived. Halloween is on the doorstep and we look forward to seeing all the decorations, carved pumpkins, and the tricker treaters. We hope you will have the opportunity to get out and enjoy the New Hampshire foliage, apple picking, and the fall fairs & festivals that come with the change of seasons. Some information has been provided in the newsletter about local apple orchards and other events that may be of interest.

The speed bumps will be removed soon on the Loudon Road entrance through Salisbury Green and Florence V. Hodges Apts. We would like to remind everyone to please keep your speed reduced when on the property -- it’s the polite and neighborly thing to do.

The grounds team has done a nice job with the property maintenance. The rainy summer certainly helped to keep the green spaces looking lush and the flowers bright. We appreciate and extend our thanks to the residents who help keep the property free of trash while out and about on their walks. We all want to keep CenterStone a beautiful and desirable community.

Upcoming dates of note where The Hodges Companies and the Centerstone Rental Office will be closed: Thursday, November 11th to honor our service members on Veteran's Day and Thursday, November 25th & Friday, November 26th for the Thanksgiving holiday so that our employees can spend time with their families.  The Hodges Companies Main Office will re-open on Monday, November 29th at 8:00 a.m.

Centerstone and the Hodges Companies continue to follow the CDC recommendations for social distancing, the use of masks during maintenance visits, and frequent hand washing. We appreciate your cooperation and the consideration of our employees and your neighbors.

We would like to welcome the new residents who have chosen to make our community their home. Be sure to sign up for the newsletters and email blasts and give a "like" to the Hodges Companies Facebook page. These publications will help keep you informed of events happening at CSR and in the local Concord area. We hope your stay will be long and enjoyable. We are fortunate to have a nice group of residents who make CenterStone an exceptional neighborhood.
~ Judy, CenterStone Property Manager

Keep on Crushing It!

Along with the ease of on-line shopping, comes the abundance of cardboard boxes. The disposal of the boxes quickly fills up the dumpsters, especially if residents don't breakdown the boxes. Every bit of space in the dumpster counts. Please help us keep the cost of this valuable service in check by doing your part. Please be a good neighbor and crush boxes flat when disposing of them. Boxes are the biggest cause of overflow on the day the truck comes. Don't leave bags of trash or other items on the ground outside of the dumpster. Any pick-up or spillage is passed on to us in a fee and eventually on to you as well. Disposal is limited to household trash. We appreciate your cooperation.
Daylight Savings
Time Change
Daylight savings time arrives on November 7, 2021. Remember to turn your clocks back one hour when you go to bed on Saturday, November 6!
Renter's Insurance
"A Little Pieces of Mind"

You've just moved into your new apartment at CenterStone Residence and the last thing you’re thinking about is renter’s insurance.  You have a lot to do: setting up your telephone, electric and cable service, letting people know your new address, and deciding how to arrange your living room.  No matter how busy you are, some of the best money you'll ever spend is for renter's insurance. As part of your move-in package, we provided you with information about the importance and benefits of having a tenant homeowner's policy. Your personal belongings are your responsibility to insure and replace in the event of a disaster, natural or otherwise. In addition to replacing your personal items, some policies offer additional coverage for things like relocation, personal liability, or medical payments. Be sure to let your agent know that you live in a secured building with deadbolt locks, a sprinkler system, and that the property is located close to the Concord Fire Dept. Heights Substation. For very little money, you'll have the resources to start over and replace your belongings if disaster strikes. Consider contacting a local agent about tenant homeowners insurance. You'll be amazed how little peace of mind can cost?
