Welcome Back Odyssey House!
We are so glad to welcome back one of our most valued partners in the treatment world, Odyssey House. Odyssey House is a non-profit organization serving many different populations who all struggle with mental health or addiction. We are so proud to work alongside this wonderful organization to help carry FTR's mission to a huge number of their clients. Thank you, Odyssey!
CAB's Bingo Challenge!
Beginning Monday, August 9th, your Community Advisory Board (CAB) will be holding a challenge to celebrate each of our amazing pillars and get you involved with everything FTR has to offer. The challenge will be 30 days!

CAB has created a 5x5 bingo board with five columns. Four columns will be dedicated to each of the pillars and the fifth will be dedicated to miscellaneous tasks. Each space on the board will be an activity that you, the member, will do to complete the space. The objective of the challenge is to complete all 25 spaces on the board. The board will also contain free spaces, where participants can complete other tasks in place of the one listed in the square.

Participation is free! Challenge T-shirts will be available to participants for $20.

If you’d like to sign up, chat with Kate at the front desk!

Member Spotlight!
We want to give a shout out to Catlin Lorito for being an amazing member of our community here at Fit to Recover. Cat is kind, brings positive energy into the gym, and is always there to lift up her peers. She’s been consistent since getting out of treatment. She shows up motivated, inspired, and willing to work each day. We love you C, keep up the good work! We are so grateful that you are a part of our community.
FITNESS PILLAR
New Trainer Alert!
You probably know Kate as the one greeting every person that enters the building with a kind heart and a wonderful smile. Well, she is now stepping into a trainer role at FTR and will be taking on both treatment center classes as well as community classes. Congratulations, Kate. We love you!
NUTRITION PILLAR
A Change in Leadership
Meet our new Nutrition Pillar Lead, Davin Lau. Davin has a ton of experience in the Nutrition world, a thorough education in Nutrition Science, is a Registered Dietitian, and a wonderful human being. Davin brings a lot to the table, but what he brings most is his enthusiasm and compassion for the community. We can think of no better person to replace our dearly beloved Corinna. If you see Davin at the gym, introduce yourself if you haven't already.
And, we want to give a big farewell to Corinna, our former Nutrition Pillar Lead. For years, she embodied the values of FTR and brought a whole new perspective on how nutrition promotes health and wellness, especially for a community like ours. You will be missed!
Monthly Meal-Prep Menu

Our incredible Nutrition Team has worked up another stellar menu for this month's meal-prep!
