First Breath Spotlight - First Breath Participant, Sarah
Following completion for First Breath Quit Coaching Services, each participant is encouraged to share their story about their journey in becoming tobacco-free.
"I quit once I found out I was pregnant. I didn’t want my baby inhaling anything toxic...

I quit in like maybe a week. It was pretty hard. So, I talked to a girl from First Breath and she was amazing. She was super joyful and made
our [conversations] fun...

Now that it’s been over a year, I feel more energetic and awake. I feel as if I can breathe better...

So, if you’re looking to quit, you should talk to First Breath. Think positively and do things to take your mind off smoking...

Its’ totally worth it. It may be super hard, but I promise you will feel so much better."
