We are honored to be one of the winners of the Blackstone Gives Back Challenge! STRIVE Young Professionals Committee Member, Kenneth Johnson, spearheaded the pitch to the Blackstone Charitable Foundation, and we are so grateful! STRIVE appreciates the support and partnership offered by the Blackstone team. In addition to the $100k donation, STRIVE was proud to host the Blackstone Charitable Foundation and a team of 18 volunteers who conducted mock interviews to get our students ready for job searching on July 21st. Get a Glimpse of STRIVE New York's IT graduation Featuring Ray McGuire as the Keynote Speaker! Our pilot Information Technology cohort graduated on July 16th! It is truly a joy to celebrate this milestone with our students and our partners, especially LaGuardia Community College (LAGCC). U.S. Department of Labor Awards STRIVE a $4.5 million Grant Securing this $4.5 million support will allow STRIVE to expand our Future Leaders program in four cities. Future Leaders prepares justice-involved young adults for careers with a pathway for advancement. STRIVE’s Future Leaders will serve 555 young adults, ages 18-24, over three years, operating in STRIVE’s flagship location in New York and three additional affiliate partner organizations: Cafe Reconcile (New Orleans), JEVS Human Services (Philadelphia), and Second Chance (San Diego).

STRIVE Atlanta Launches a New Career Path: Business Administrative Support STRIVE Atlanta will continue to provide support to individuals in the logistics sector, as well as provide career paths within customer service and a variety of general corporate administrative positions.  Learn more West Side Campaign Against Hunger (WSCAH) Extends Food Giveaways STRIVE's East Harlem Headquarters has been giving away food on the last Friday of every month this year. Our partner WSCAH has vowed to continue working with us and making this possible.

STRIVE Atlanta Graduates Logistics and Inventory Control Cohort in Partnership with Aerotropolis Atlanta Alliance We have completed our Career Path Logistics and Inventory Control cohort as part of a place-based partnership with Aerotropolis Atlanta, supporting residents in South Atlanta and the Airport area.
