Seminar - "The Developmental Edge of the Conscious Professional"

Everyone has the potential to be a leader whose impact ripples outward from self through teams, organizations, and community. Learn about ways to hone your abilities and grow your confidence in this presentation and moderated conversation between VAN's Executive Director Glenn Montgomery and organizational strategist Jessica Hartung.

imageJessica Hartung founded leadership development firm Integrated Work to support mission-driven leaders making positive change. After 22 years, she transitioned ownership to another female entrepreneur. In 2019, she published The Conscious Professional: Transform Your Life at Work with tools for growing on the job to be more fulfilled and effective at work.

Jessica now serves as a strategic advisor and team coach for non-profits and socially conscious companies throughout the nation. She leads collective learning experiences to advance the skillsets and mindsets needed to achieve real progress.

Jessica is a member of the Forbes Coaches Council, a Certified Meditation and Mindfulness Teacher, and is known for her straightforward and compelling style that inspires individuals and teams to renew, recharge, and re-align with work that matters.
