Every student benefits from MEF grants, so every family is asked to participate in the Giving Campaign. Please give as generously as you can. For those who would like guidance, the recommended annual donation is $1,700 per student, but what is most important is that every family participates. This year, MEF granted $2.65M to Moraga's public schools. While this is our largest grant yet, our grants have not kept up with inflation. To maintain the purchasing power of MEF's 2019 grants, we need to reach and exceed our $3,000,000 fundraising goal this year. Make your contribution today!

Forty-three years ago, a group of parents formed MEF, and every year since then, our community has come together to raise funds to fill the gap between state funding and the actual cost of educating our children. Today, our schools are among the best in the state and the nation.

We are raising funds now to fund critical programs at our schools today in the areas of art, music, science, technology, wellness, librarians, class sections, smaller class sizes, academic support, and supplemental curriculum, professional development, materials, and supplies.

The MEF Endowment Fund is now valued at about $3.8M, and when it reaches $5M, some of the fund's income can be used to supplement MEF grants. Designating your donation to the MEF Endowment Fund ensures that your contribution will have a lasting impact.
