Next Week: 18th Annual Real Estate Breakfast - Apr. 19

An Uncharted Era: Will LIC's Mixed Use Prominence Remain Post-Covid?

Though Long Island City continues to see remarkable growth across residential, bio/life sciences, and via ground floor retail development in its commercial corridor, significant transitions have emerged that bring to question Long Island City’s preparedness for the years ahead: How is the real estate industry responding to the reduced need for office space? What does the neighborhood’s demographic shift mean for real estate development? How do we reimagine Long Island City in this critical time following the pandemic?

These new realities will be considered by a dynamic cross-sector panel, offering suggestions about what Long Island City needs from government agencies, elected officials, and other stakeholders to emerge as a leading, future-forward community.
